Reading Center is Dedicated to Chris

HI EVERYONE I'M CHRIS'S MOM,
I had three wonderful little boys that were growing up and leaving me. Dave married first then had David Jr.on Oct15,1985, Then Ronnie married and RonnieIII was born on Sept13,1986. Steve was still home at 14. On Oct15,1986. Christopher Lee was born. .In 1988 they each had another son so we added Ryan and Michael. In 1990 my granddaughter Kirsten was born. I baby sat while moms worked and had a ball with my 6 babies, we would pack a lunch and ride the towpath.We went to History House and toured the canal boat and Museums. My Chris needed help with reading and mom and I found the Western Md Reading Center.The funding ran out and they were going to close, so we took over and have been running it since 1992. On May 25,1999 my Chris was running at school and fell. Chris died before I got there, he was 12 1/2 years old. We have dedicated the Reading Center to him, and every child we help is because Chris lived. The kids at the center made angels for our Support group meeting to remember our children.
