Feelings of Despair

I am 34 and have had 4 m/c. First one in 11/01 then 04/02, 06/02 and now again in 01/03. I am seeing the ob/gyn at the end of this month. What should I expect? How do you get over of the feelings of despair? I thought I could handle it, I'm not doing well this time. I have a storage room full of baby things and it is torture not to be able to set things up.
