Angry with the Legal System

In October of 2000 we lost a 2 yr.old grandson.He was smothered by his drugged up mother while sleeping on a couch.She is a very large woman.Sometime during the night he slipped behind her and smothered.She has just been charged in the death ,almost 2 yrs. later.This was our youngest sons only boy,he also had 3 girls.This boy was a twin and has a sister.She is now 4 yrs. old and has 2 older sisters.My son left the mother and moved back home and our oldest son has custody of the remaining 3 children.Just this May our youngest son was killed in a car accident.17 months after we lost his only son.Two months after the baby died in 2000 we lost our first greatgrandbaby,she was born stillborn and had smothered due to lack of oxygen in the womb.The holidays have been very diffucult to cope with,but daily activity has been hard also.I am a Christian and am not angry with God but am angry at the legal system.It looks as tho the children could be returned to this Mother some day.This is not in their best interest.It is all so very depressing.
