Faith, in the arms of Jesus
"She's so angelic" we said
The day Hannah arrived,
As she lay there peacefully,
A halo glowed with pride.
God sent us a miracle,
That beautiful winter morn,
We would have never guessed
Our world was about to be torn.
Her gentle, loving innocence
Still fills our hearts today,
Along with the grief and sadness
That will never go away.
In the arms of Jesus,
You're nestled in forever,
We gaze into the sky each night,
A hope, a sign, something to endeavor.
"We love you, baby Hannah girl,"
We chose to write on your stone,
"Faith" brought you to our family,
and "Faith" will take us home.
