1. Prepare your order

   To order directly from me, send a check or money order with the name of each item, the quantity, and your shipping address.

   Include shipping in your payment. Shipping is currently within the U.S. only and starts at $5.00. For more than one item, please email me for a combined shipping quote before sending payment.
