I Miss My Twin Girls

I am not sure what to say I am looking for advice on how to deal with the loss of my twin girls. I delivered them at 5 months they were both premature and only lived for hours I miss them both so much and feel as though I failed them it hurts and I feel so empty if any one has advice to give on how the coped please let me know.
